Week by Week Update: 13

PREGNANCY WEEK THIRTEEN

Sleep:

I have so much MORE energy these days! I'm so grateful that I'm not needing 100 naps a day anymore....although I still greatly enjoy the few I squeeze in!

Eats:

I'm (kinda) off my corn cravings but still like it occasionally:) I'm eating pretty normally right now and feel MUCH MUCH less nauseous. Another thing I'm soooo grateful for! Waves of nausea still come and go but it's improved drastically. I'm enjoying pizza again now and I'll also be very sad when all my girl scout cookies are gone :( My only concern with my eats is that I've been getting SUPER dizzy occasionally and I'm trying to figure out what's causing it. I called the Dr. today and she suggested eating more protein so I'm on a meat and cheese mission....lol! Hopefully that'll help!

Weight:

I haven't been back to the DR. since my week 11 update but according to my home scale I'm holding fairly steady at the two pound weight gain. Tuesday I'll get weighed again and get to hear the sweet heartbeat again!

Mood:

HAPPY! HAPPY! HAPPY! :)

I just feel so blessed to have the opportunity to carry this sweet baby! 

 Gender Predictions:

I find myself calling the baby "her" all the time! It's probably because my family is full of girls and that's just what I'm used to....but my gut instinct still says "pink" :) Although I would be so thrilled to find out it's actually "blue"! Time will tell :)

Exercise:

Still taking walks when I can and when I feel up to it. They always make me feel energized and healthy. Gotta try to do more of those!

Week by Week Update: 11

PREGNANCY WEEK ELEVEN

Sleep:

I have noticed BIG changes here! I used to stay up watching TV until past Midnight almost every night but now I find myself in bed by 9 and asleep by 10---if not much earlier! I also take 15 minute cat naps during my morning and afternoon break at work whenever I can! I do have a tiny bit more energy during the day now though.

Eats:

No major changes this week. I still have aversions to certain things like salsa and taco salads (one of my old favorites) but my nausea has improved DRASTICALLY! :) I've been into instant grits and corn this week. Especially bowls of cold canned cream corn. I can't get enough of it! Or cold creamed corn poured over a hot baked potato. I wish I had one now actually! Oh~ and sweeTarts...but not mixed with corn ;)

Weight:

From my 6 week appt until my 9 week apt I had lost one pound. I feel certain I've found that pound again since then :) We will see when I go back to the Dr. on March 26th.

Mood:

Pretty stable and feeling happy---but when I am tired I just need to sleep!!! Trav continues to be WONDERFULLY SWEET and supportive :)....as usual!

Gender Predictions:

As of today, if I had to bet my last dollar, I'd say I'm having a girl. Time will tell!

Exercise:

For the first time in WEEKS I felt like taking a long walk. I hope to keep up atleast 3 to 4 long walks a week. Hopefully Mr. Sun cooperates :)

Bumpity Bump...bump....bump

I feel like I'm swelling up like a BALLOON! 

In just one week I have really felt my belly poppin' on out there :)
I'm not sure if it's just bloating, water weight, or WHAT...but it's most def there now:) I have heard that the extra progesterone I took up until 10 weeks could be contributing to the early fluff.

Do any of you guys remember feeling quite plump by 11 weeks?????
