{Keepin' it Real}

Cheers friends!
I just washed up and applied all my face creams (one of my favorite night time rituals:) and now I'm relaxing in bed, typing this post, jamming to a little Lindsay McCaul, and eating a few sour gummy lifesavers which were actually my dinner:) Along with an entire bag of buttery kettle corn. I'll try harder tomorrow:) I napped from 5:30 to 9:30 so I guess I have a decent excuse:) My excuse for the 4 hour nap is a nasty cold that I'm trying to kick!

Anyway....have you guys tried the new nail stickers???? THEY.ARE.AWESOME!!!!
I got these at Target and they were VERY easy to apply and so far, after 24 hours, they're still stickin'! You can put them on your toenails, too....how cute for flip flop season!

I got a lot done a work today....stopping only a few minutes for a quick doodle...
...and to rearrange my bulletin board:)
We went to Party City during lunch and goofed off a wee-bit....lol....
....and I treated myself to some Easter treats....those Resse's eggs are FABULOUS!!! I gotta slow down because I promised myself I'd make those last through April:)
I also got a new couch for my office---and before I could try it out Molly was sawing logs! Actually SHE was just pretending but I can't guarantee I won't park myself there during a future lunch break:)
What a WONDERFUL DAY!

{Weekend in Bloom!}

Whew! After a weekend full of fun with these girls.....and buggies that looked like this....
I have ended up with THIS mess because I'm so tired I can't even bring myself to even start to THINK about cleaning it up:) So...let me share the treasures amongst this mountain of messiness:)

This weeks Goodwill Clearance center trip was so fun!!! I got 37 items for $9 making each thing just 24 cent:)

I got these new bags for Spring...
...three cute belts...
...and lots of shirts but these were my favorites:)
Especially this vintage Wrangler Demin Jacket!
But as much as I love my new jacket, it doesn't COMPARE to all the beautiful signs of Spring popping up everywhere!Dandelions (which I love and don't count as weeds:) I have my neighbor to do that for me. She likes to come over and break them off so they don't spread into her yard:) More power to that sweet lady!

Then there are blooming bushes...
...lots of PINK:)...
...pin wheels spinning in the March wind......even flowers on the inside, too!
After the past few weeks, all this new life is precious to see and I'm enjoying taking in all God's glory through His beautiful creations:) You're one of those too----ya know?!
