{Tis' the Season....}

...for Christmas pj's, avacado and kaolin facials for dry winter skin, and trimming the tree!It's also a PERFECT time for these AWESEOME Slatkin & Co. Candles from Bath and Body Works! They are normally $10 each but I recently scored 6 for $20 while they had a big sale and I had a great coupon!

Tonight's choice was my FAVORITE...Holiday Gumdrop:)

But I also have the Mint Chocolate...(not the most fragrant when it's burning)

a tiny bit of Pumkin Caramel Latte left over from Fall...heavenly!...

Gingerbread...smells just like the real thing!

and the Marshmallow Peppermint one nestled in the "snow"...and I love them all!

If you have a candle lover on your Christmas shopping list then you can't go wrong with one of these!

{Shame! Shame!}

I can't believe my last post was over 28 days ago....Bad! Bad! Blogger! It's not like I haven't had anything to talk about...completely the opposite actually:)
Here's a quick recap to get us up-to-date....
We did the Electric City Gobbler 5k on Thanksgiving morning. "Did"...meaning that I walked/ran with Glory and Travis ran;)
It's a fun family thing...Patrick, Ken, Trav, Glory and Me!

Kudos to Ken who won a trophy!

So, back to the last 28 days;) We went to Edisto to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Other than my bike wreck (OUCH!) we had a nearly perfect time!

Sea fishing was so fun (after I put my head between my knees for a few minutes every once in awhile!) Note to self: take dramamine next time!

We cooked up all the whiting and blue fish...

SCORE!

It was beautiful, peaceful, and oh-s0-relaxing!

And then there are the Halloween pics I never posted...

Our homemade (and thrifted;) Mickey and Minne costumes. I think the whole project cost me about $7.50!

This is one way my husband shows me he REALLY loves me...he wasn't exactly thrilled about wearing a Mickey Mouse costume but he really does make a good one...huh? :)

{Halloween Clearance!}

Whewww....Halloween is OVER! And boy was it FUN!

I took so many pictures that my camera battery is officially KAPUT until I can get a new one tomorrow so today's post is unfortunately sans photos. :(

But as far as Halloween goes, I'm totally READY for next year! I stopped by Party City today because their clearance was already 75% off and got a TON of scary stuff for the Rada's Halloween Party 2012:)

I spent $34 which is MUCH more than I'd usually spend but I got lots of high priced items I'd been wanting like a full size strobe light, huge pumpkin battery powered hanging lanterns, a huge cauldron, matching mini cauldron, a drop down spider, two strands of cute ghost lights, two new strands of purple and orange and MUCH MUCH MORE! I ended up SAVING over $99!

Time to pack it up tonight and look forward to dragging it back out año próximo!

P.S. So far, the only place I've found Halloween clearance for more than 50% is Party City. It'll be a few days until the other stores lower their prices. I'll try to keep you updated!
