My wonderful Husband, who also gave me this beautiful flower out of our yard last night,

has informed me that SUBWAY is giving away free English Muffins (their healthy version of McDonald's Egg McMuffin) and coffee from 7 am-11 am this Thursday, May 13th! You know I'll be there with bells on! Click HERE to view all the breakfast menu options at Subway!

Also, I got home from work today and found this nifty little sample waiting for me in the mailbox! I'm gonna try it out after my next shower. I'll let you know how it works!

And, yes, I did polish off a whole FOOTLONG subway sandwich for lunch and yes, it did keep me from eating everything out of the vending machine downstairs!

It'll be my HEALTHY FRENCH TOAST for dinner tonight!

I'm not sure why but today I feel like I could eat myself out of house and home!

But I'm not gonna do it because:

1. It's UNHEALHTY!
2. It WILL MAKE ME FAT!
3. It will make me feel AWFUL afterwards!

and...
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!!!

I'm gonna try to divert some of these cravings by filling up on a big healthy Subway Sandwich!
