Bread-Making Weekend...

My goal for this weekend is to make two loaves of homemade bread, one white and one cinnamon raisin!

From the looks of the recipe this is going to be no easy task...wish me luck!!!

We don't use a whole lot of bread in my house but I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE homemade bread and butter so I'm just doing it to have something yummy to eat! The cinammon raisin will be for my Sunday School class because I'm in charge of refreshments this week. And if all else fails-and my bread flops- I'll just run by Bojangles before Sunday School starts!

Yea for cooking from scratch...or atleast trying!
