{The Rada Way: Eats}

Yesterday's tally was as follows:

3 honey graham cracker squares-90 calories
Big salad from Hospital cafeteria-350?
Fig Newton snack pack-200
A few salt and vinegar chips and pickles-80
Yogurt-130
Handful of chex mix-90
Baked fries with ketchup and mustard-300

Total Calories= 1240 ish

Servings of fruit- 2 (pineapple in salad and figs in newtons if that counts ;)
Servings of veggies- at least three (spinach, tomatoes, carrots, iceburg)
Salt- thru the roof I bet!
Water-not NEARLY enough

Today's goal= 5 or more bottles of water
More servings of fruit
Less high sodium processed foods
