I'm was too exhausted to open my laptop last night!
Here's a quick recap of yesterday's eats:)
Overnight oats with almonds, blueberries, and cranberries, and dried cherries
Cuppa Cinnamon Swirl Java
For lunch, baby spinach, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, raisins, cucumbers, and pepperjack...
...and thrown together into a bowl resulting in a salad:)
Orange poppy seed dressing for dipping
A few whole grain crackers as a side.
Several snacks---

So good I could have eaten ten of them!!!
While preparing dinner I had a handful of pistachios and then sat down to a feast!
Holy Moly!!! It was DEEEELISH! Hubby is a master griller:)
